Hip felt ok although was a little sore after.
Feel really unfit though

Hip seemed Ok

another treatment
Agreed to see her again in two weeks and if not running by then need to consider pulling out of Roth, Not good!
However Hip is starting to feel better
Do not swim with Pull Buoy though as puts too much presre on back
